Brene Brown

There’s a strong chance that you may be familiar with Brene Brown. If not, then I highly recommend you get acquainted. She has several books, a podcast, Ted Talks, a Netflix documentary, and more. Her books address shame and how to engage in wholehearted living by stepping into vulnerability. She writes in a very understandable voice and presents some really heavy topics in a manageable, but not minimized, manner. I enjoy that she has things in a variety of formats so you can read her books, watch her Ted Talks, or listen to her Podcasts. She has written several books and has provided readers with a “roadmap” on the best place to start. So, if you want to learn more about shame, how to live a wholehearted life, and how to step into vulnerability, click on this link and decide where to begin: https://brenebrown.com/articles/2019/04/26/book-read-first/
