Work to identify common triggers to your PTSD so we can gain a better sense of control
Learn and implement beneficial reactionary coping skills for when you are triggered
Learn and implement preventative coping skills in hopes of reducing the prevalence of your symptoms
Identify behavioral, emotional, and thought patterns you engage in due to your trauma and work to identify and implement healthier patterns in these areas
Create a safe space where you can release all the anger, frustration, sadness, bitterness over having to fight these battles daily
Work together so you don’t have to fight these battles alone
